Lucy & Co. constantly strive to ensure that the practices we undertake are as safe and risk free as possible.
Our team work on all aspects of health and safety to ensure that our of clients, tradesmen, sub-contractors and the public involved in our projects remain safe at all times.

Lucy & Co hold a certificate of accreditation with the Contractors Health & Safety Scheme (CHAS) demonstrating our compliance with, and sound management of, current basic health and safety legislation.
We fulfill ACoP criteria for both minor and major project works and use a trusted external consultant team as required.

When quoting for works our project teams complete our site risk assessment which is then revised into the project risk assessment and method statement for the works.
All our staff, suppliers, tradesmen and sub-contractors are made aware of these risks in order to adhere to our health and safety policy.

All our sub-contractors are vetted and those not using a health and safety policy will not be asked to work alongside our teams.
We approach Health and Safety issues in a positive manner so that training and advice not only benefit our team and reduce the chance of accidents, but also improves the safety and environment of our customers
