The Lucy & Co team consists of individuals from both construction and surveying backgrounds who seek to offer quality and cost-effective building solutions to our broad spectrum of clients.

Formed in 1997, the group began by offering building services to a number of key clients across the Southern regions of the UK. In 2003 the Lucy & Co Construction Group was formed and has since developed into an award-winning building contractor.

Lucy & Co are experienced in all aspects of construction choosing to specialise in the care, education and residential sectors. We hold accreditations from numerous industry schemes, demonstrating our commitment to continual improvement.

Our aim has always been to provide a safe working environment for all of our staff and customers alike, allowing the full potential to be achieved by all. We have combined experience in the building industry with modern building techniques, helping to make us one of the most reliable, knowledgeable and efficient organisations in our sector.

We strive to form long-lasting working relationships with our clients by delivering projects above expectation, whilst keeping to budget and programme.
