Formed in 2003, Lucy & Co Construction is an experienced commercial building contractor, based in Essex and carrying out works across London, Surrey, Kent and the South of England.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver prestigious, award-winning (Knight Frank Design Award / Pinders Independent Living Award), high-quality construction services to many repeat clients. Our works range from new-build, remodelling and refurbishment projects, covering minor works contracts to multi-million pound project works.

Lucy & Co. Construction has a vast experience in remodelling and refurbishing existing buildings, often carrying out these works within client occupied environments.
Regenerating old buildings reduces both the initial project investment and also dramatically reduces the environment impact. We also work to decarbonise our client’s existing buildings by upgrading existing services and retro-fitting low carbon systems which subsequently reduce impact and ongoing running costs.
